SGC Announces MLEO Course

SGC (Security Guard Course Inc.) is pleased to announce our new course offering: MLEO Parking Bylaw Municipal Law Enforcement Officer.  In keeping with our vision of becoming Canada’s leading provider of online private security related training courses, the MLEO course provides students with all of the necessary knowledge covering relevant Canadian legislation to testifying in court to officer safety.

Students are required to pass an online exam at the end of the online MLEO training course and complete the course in about 20 hours of study.  Whether you are a private security company needing to qualify your security guards as MLEO to issue parking tickets on client property or you are a civilian wanting to work directly as a Bylaw Officer for a Municipality, our MLEO course will prepare you for the job.

The course designer is a Subject Matter Expert in the training of both MLEOs and POOs (Provincial Offences Officer) in Ontario with 25 years experience. The company is a licensed Vendor of Record (V.O.R.) to train MLEOs and POOs for the Province of Ontario, all Ministries, as well as Provincially funded agencies that use the V.O.R. system to obtain training for their officers.
